Available in this listing is a 2001 Stihl FS400. See my other items for the FS460c - if it sells..... This listing ends as I don't intend to part with both...... Not an easy machine to find and most have been worked to death by contractors. It has NOT been smothered in WD40 to make it "gleam" for the pictures or pictured when wet....... It's a nice example that didn't need such underhand tactics to sell it..... This was supplied to a privet house locally when new and has only had the one user ever since (now retired) I have taken on the maintenance at the property I would keep this but as its less than a year since I bought a new fs460I have no need for it.

The machine is complete with 3 GENUINE Stihl gear heads with guards to suit strimming, brush cutting & clearing saw work. The nylon line head is clearly a relatively recent replacement genuine stihl Autocut unit. There is a selection of blades (2 of witch are brand new) & spares as pictured along with a Genuine Stihl harness.

The machine starts and runs very nicely it has many many years ahead of it if looked after. It feels nice and tight to use its not wore out! Very happy to post this by DPD but it will be dear as it is over 1 meter in length - all fluids will be drained before packing. Please forward your mobile number for the courier once you have paid. If you want a brand spanking new one - this isn't for you. If you want a cosmetically perfect one - this isn't for you. If you think offering half the asking price is a good idea - this isn't for you. If you have read the description & understood it - this could be for you.
